Model 1 : Facade

The insulated facade system allows for the flush installation of glass-glass modules on insulated walls. It is equally suitable for new construction, renovations, and retrofit installations.

The butt-jointed module assembly allows for use with standard insulation thicknesses as well as, depending on the project, greater installation heights, thereby offering a wide range of applications. Thanks to simple planning and efficient installation, the system is a cost-effective solution for sustainable building designs.

The modules in the exhibit are installed in the color "Pyrite Brass." To ensure a uniform appearance and maximum efficiency, they feature a centered cell matrix. This maximizes the energy yield, especially in winter.

The 3S solar facade modules, featuring a centered cell matrix, ensure a uniform appearance and optimized energy yields per square meter, even under challenging lighting conditions.

Four freely combinable module sizes are available for flexible facade design, which can be supplemented with custom-made modules to accommodate leftover spaces and special solutions. The system also excels in terms of safety, as it is fire-rated in accordance with the EN 13501 standard.

The glass-glass modules can be used as a regulated construction product in accordance with the General Building Approval (abZ).

The 3S overlapping facade system combines flexibility, technology, and aesthetics at the highest level. This fully integrated facade solution allows for the secure mounting of solar modules to the substructure, while vertical profiles between the modules ensure the necessary installation tolerance.

The system is suitable for various primary substructures. Installation can be completed quickly thanks to the use of a small number of core components. The floating installation also ensures optimal tolerance compensation, while the frameless modules are self-cleaning. Furthermore, the system offers maximum flexibility, as custom-made modules are also possible.

In the current exhibit, the modules are installed in the color "Basalt Grey."

The 3S modules in the Satinato version minimize distracting reflections and offer an optimal solution for low-glare solar roofs and solar facades. Particularly well-suited for applications where glare effects are a concern, these modules meet the requirements of the European market.

3S provides detailed planning documents for on-site ridge connections and eave finishes. These are available for various roof shapes and facilitate on-site installation.
